General
Integrated Modern Health is a physician-led virtual care practice providing board-certified internal medicine services to adults 18+ across Georgia. We specialize in same-day care, post-hospital follow-ups, chronic condition management, and more — all from the comfort of home.
We currently provide telehealth services to patients physically located in Georgia and Tennessee only. You must confirm your location at the time of your visit.
We do not treat medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
We manage a wide range of adult health concerns, including high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, post-hospitalization follow-up, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, minor illnesses (e.g., coughs, UTIs, skin conditions), medication refills, and lab reviews.
We do not treat emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Yes. We accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and Aetna of Georgia.
Out-of-network? We can provide a superbill upon request so you may submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.
We also offer transparent self-pay (cash-pay) rates for patients who prefer not to use insurance. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance may apply. We can verify benefits before your visit.
