We currently provide telehealth services to patients physically located in Georgia and Tennessee only. You must confirm your location at the time of your visit.
We do not treat medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

What types of conditions do you treat?

We manage a wide range of adult health concerns, including high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, post-hospitalization follow-up, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, minor illnesses (e.g., coughs, UTIs, skin conditions), medication refills, and lab reviews.

We do not treat emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Appointments are typically available same-day or next-day. We prioritize timely access, especially for recently discharged patients needing follow-up care within 48 hours.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and Aetna of Georgia.
Out-of-network? We can provide a superbill upon request so you may submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.
We also offer transparent self-pay (cash-pay) rates for patients who prefer not to use insurance. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance may apply. We can verify benefits before your visit.

Yes. We partner with local labs and imaging centers (such as LabCorp and Quest) to streamline orders, results, and coordination. Your physician will send electronic orders directly, and results will be reviewed with you during a follow-up or securely shared via your patient portal.

We provide referrals to in-person specialists when needed. Whether you require cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, or another specialty, we’ll coordinate your care and ensure a seamless hand-off.
